Abstract
Description
The subject of the invention is modular panels with wooden frames and incorporated insulation for building construction.
Since the start of the energy crisis, a number of regulatory measures have been taken to reduce the amount of energy needed to heat premises. The most effective solution, and by far the least expensive, remains, despite everything, strengthening the thermal insulation of living quarters. For this purpose, the use of the construction technique in a load-bearing timber frame wall allows considerable savings. Wood is a good insulator by its nature, which is all the more important when it comes to eliminating linear losses (thermal bridges), but especially because this technique lends itself admirably to the integration of layers insulators of significant thickness which are entangled in the various parts of the half-timbering.
The invention tends to solve the thermal insulation problems on modular panels for partitions or load-bearing walls with a wooden frame, by making it possible to use a wooden frame panel comprising thermal insulation from the outside. These panels can form complete corner elements to replace corner posts.
External insulation exists for classic brick or stone walls with or without plaster. Of course, the exterior insulation is implemented on site, once the walls or partitions are finished.
The invention eliminates these drawbacks. Wood frame panels already have insulation elements in the workshop on their outside. On the outside, the classic wooden frame panel ends with plywood. The panel according to the invention comprises, at the plywood, a thickness of polystyrene, a glass frame, then cement adhesive and a plaster.
At the joint joints of the panels, external insulation elements are fitted into housings provided for this purpose, so as to perfect the insulation.
The attached drawings will easily make it possible to understand the invention; they represent a preferred embodiment according to the invention. They are given as an indication and not limiting.
Figure 1 is a sectional view of a modular corner panel.
Figure 2 is a sectional view of two modular panels assembled on a floor.
Figure 3 is a perspective view of a modular wood frame panel.
In figure 2, the interior side I is on the left and the exterior
E right. From the inside to the outside, from I to E, we find the plasterboard 1, a thickness of mineral wool 2, the wooden structures 3, the plywood plate 4. At this level, the known technique stops . The insulation from the outside is then done on site.
At this stage, according to the state of the art, the plywood 4 is coated with a rain barrier, then with a plaster for exterior.
According to the invention, it is arranged at each panel, on the plywood 4, of polystyrene 5 which is fixed by any means, staple nails and / or glue. On this polystyrene, a thickness is arranged which acts as a glass frame 6. Finally, on this, is placed an adhesive cement 7, then the exterior plaster 8.
At the level of each panel A with wooden frame with thermal insulation incorporated by the outside, when this one is assembled with another panel B, there is a space between the joints 9, and this connection must be insulated. The invention also tends to isolate the panels A and B by connection pieces 10. For this purpose, each panel A and B comprises, at its connection 10, a shoulder 11, and on the outside E, a shoulder 12, which delimit, once the panels A and B are assembled, a housing 13 for the connector 10 which comes into place in said housing 13, thus ensuring good insulation at the connection between the two panels A and B. This connection is composed, from inside I towards outside E, of polystyrene 5, of a glass frame 6, of cement adhesive 7 the whole, outside wall and all the connections, is covered by an external plaster.
Figure 1 shows a modular element that acts as a corner element thus avoiding any corner post.
FIG. 3 schematically represents the wooden frame of a panel, for example for a window.
