L'INVENTION EST UN CONDITIONNEMENT D'EMBALLAGE LATERAL PERMETTANT LE GROUPAGE DE PRODUITS (EN PRODUCTION OU PROMOTIONNEL), IMPRIMABLE A PLAT, CARACTERISE PAR SES FENTES ET SES RAINAGES PARTICULIERS PERMETTANT DE TENIR LES PRODUITS PAR LE REBORD FORME SUR LE CONDITIONNEMENT DE BASE (EXEMPLE: REBORD DE POTS PLASTIQUE TYPE YOGHOURT RECEVANT LE SCELLAGE ALUMINIUM). CETTE FENTE S'EMBOITE SUR LES DEBORS D'ANGLES OU DE COTES, CETTE BANDE LATERALE FAIT LE POURTOUR DU PRODUIT PRESENTE ET SE VERROUILLE SUR ELLE-MEME. La présente invention concerne les conditionnements d'emballages et suremballage permettant de grouper et de tenir tous produits de toutes
tailles par simple découpe de cartonnage.
Les conditionnements connus de ce genre ont souvent une complexité de montage et de découpe délicat,une utilisation de matière première type carton important,et un maintient des produits emballés très aléatoire,
m8me parfois non satisfaisant (chutte des produits en linéaire)ils pr4sen-
tent aussi bien souvent une surface d'impression trop réduite(trop de découpes) ou, à l'inverse un enveloppage trop important masquant les dessus IO de pots et par conséquence les dates limites de vente(plus couteux par un
double dattage) ils comportent souvent un collage.
La présente invention élimine ces inconvénientsson originalité est due au fait qu'elle se compose uniquement d'un bandeau latéral entourant les produits présentés, tenant ceux-ci par un système de fentes,permettant de bloquer les produits par le rebord formé sur le conditionnement de base exemple:pots plastique type yoghourt rebord de cellage. Ce système latéral ne masque ni le dessus ni le dessous des produits présentés, sa rigidité est
exceptionnelle,le poiS des produits se répartissant sur la tranche du sys-
tème de découpe.
Cette invention tient l'ensemble des produits présentés sans risque de chutte d'aucun des éléments groupés.La fixation de cette invention peut se faire sans collage,mais simplement par un système de découpe s'encliquetant.Cette invention peut tre exploitée manuellement,ou mécaniquement, elle peut %tre appliquée à tous produits de toutes tailles et de toutes formes,à partir de l'instant ou ceux-ci ont un rebord permettant la mise en place sur le coté de la fente bloquant latéralement les produits sur le pourtour du groupage. Les dessins annexés sont: A, l'invention de découpe à plat. B, deux vues en volumes de l'utilisation de cette invention, a)pour 2 barquettes moulées
en allminium, b)pour 2 groupages de 4 yoghourts.
Cette invention peut 9tre utilisée dans tous les cas o le besoin de présenter des produits groupés est demandé,et tout particulièrement pour présenter des produits de grandes consommation. Elle est particulièrement
intérressante dans les cas o les produits ne peuvent être imprimés laté-
ralement ou mame ne peuvent recevoir par collage un pourtour imprimé, cette invention est imprimable à plat,elle supprime cette carence,étant latérale sur le produit elle a un fort impact visuel d'accroche ou d'information pour le consommateur ce qui prime pour l'industriel, elle peut remplacer
la mise sous film rétractable de certains groupages en évitant de plus l'im-
pression du film ou l'adjonction d'un carton promotionnel sous le film.

Claims (1)

  1. REVENDICATION
    Conditionnement d'emballage pour le groupage et le main-
    tien d'objets présentant un rebord, par exemple de pots de yoghourt, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par un bandeau
    latéral qui est propre à entourer la périphérie d'un groupe d'ob-
    jets, comporte des fentes dans lesquelles peuvent s'engager les
    angles ou les c5tés des rebords des objets, et dont les extré-
    mités peuvent être fixées l'une à l'autre par exemple par un
    système de découpe s'encliquetant.
