Abstract

A length adjustment device e.g. for braces or a brassiere has one end of the fabric support ribbon sewn to it, the other end being threaded through it. By tilting the device, the ribbon may be extended in length, or held tight by tractional force. The device is flat, simple and reliable. Adjustment is secure and fast, requiring no specialised form of support ribbon.
