Abstract

The document file with extensible back comprises two flat portions, the back being fixed to the one and sliding in the other, together with a holding strap. The buckle (6) at one end of the strap (4) slides on one of the flat portions (2), while the strap is fixed at one or more points (17) to the other one (1), typically by a rivet. The design is easy to assemble and tighten without the risk of spoiling the file or the documents contained, while avoiding the risk of the strap becoming detached. The strap passes through two pairs of openings (13,14,15,16) formed in the two panels and is fixed by the rivet between two of the openings (15,16).

L'invention a pour objet un dossier à dos extensible. The subject of the invention is a file with an expandable back.

Pour loger des documents quelconques, il est bien connu d'utiliser des dossiers ou chemises à dos extensible. To house any documents, it is well known to use files or folders with extendable backs.

Ils sont constitués par deux éléments plats et rigides, généralement à base de carton-, entoiles ou non, et reliés par un dos souple qui, solidaire de l'un des éléments et le prolongeant, est monté coulissant à l'intérieur de l'autre. C'est ce troisieme élément, c'est-à-dire le dos, qui confère au dossier son son caractère extensible et permet ainsi d'y recevoir une plus ou moins grande épaisseur de documents. Des moyens doivent bien entendu etre prévus pour que ces documents, quelle que soit leur épaisseur, soient maintenus serrés dans le dossier. Ce principe est illustré schématiquement par la figure 1 du dossier annexé dans laquelle 1 et 2 désignent respect tivement les deux éléments plats du dossier, 3 son dos extensible solidaire de l'élément 1 et monté coulissant dans celui 2 et 4 désigne la sangle de serrage. Cette sangle se termine par une boucle d'accrochage 6 qui apparait à l'extérieur de l'élément plat 1 et elle est fixée par collage à I'intérieur de cet élément sur toute sa zone située entre les deux fenêtres 7 et 8 lui permettant de passer à travers ledit élément. Deux autres fenêtres 9 et 10 sont prévues dans l'autre élément 2, mais la sangle peut y coulisser librement pour permettre précisément le serrage.Il faut cependant constater que, lorsque l'extrémité libre de la sangle 4 est passée au travers de la boucle 6 et qu'une traction y est exercée pour réaliser le serrage, cette traction entraine sur la boucle une contre-réaction d'intensité double qui conduit fréquemment à l'arrachage de la boucle. Claims

1. - Backrest with extendable back, of the type of those formed by two flat elements, a back secured to one of these elements and sliding in the other, and a tightening strap, characterized in that the loop (6) fixed to one end of the strap (4) is slidably mounted on one (2) of the flat elements, and said strap is fixed in at least one point (17) or a zone of the other flat element ( i).
