Abstract

The installation comprises a duct of stainless steel material, inserted into the flue or chimney of a central heating boiler. This duct emerges at the bottom of the chimney and sufficient space remains for the flue gases to be exhausted freely. The bottom opening of the duct is connected to a blower, the air passing along the duct and being warmed by the heat of the flue gases. The duct passes out from the chimney at an upper level and the warm air is conducted into one or several rooms, for heating.
