Abstract

Il est décrit un sel ferrique du fructose-diphosphate-1,6, qui peut être précipité quantitativement à l'état pur à partir de mélanges contenant du FDP et répond à la formule (FDP)3 Fe4 . Pour préparer ce sel, un sel ferrique et une substance alcaline sont ajoutés à un bouillon de fermentation qui contient du FDP, puis le précipité est lavé soigneusement à l'eau pour éliminer le sel de métal alcalin, et les substances solides lavées sont séchées ou congelées. Le sel ferrique offre de multiples avantages par rapport au sel de calcium utilisé jusqu'ici et aucun solvant organique n'est plus nécessaire. Il est utile pour préparer l'acide fructose-diphosphorique-1,6, qui a une activite pharmacologique.
