Abstract

Réalisation d'une membrane d'électrode à support annulaire. Un support de membrane annulaire 42 est moulé d'une seule pièce avec une portion centrale qui constitue la membrane 44 en un matériau se prêtant à la diffusion gazeuse lorsque suffisamment mince et sur le pourtour de laquelle est pratiquée une série de perforations 46 pour faciliter la séparation ou enlèvement du support annulaire de la portion formant membrane, une zone de transition annulaire intermédiaire 52 s'étendant entre la portion de support et la portion formant membrane et présentant une épaisseur allant croissant depuis la faible épaisseur de la portion formant membrane jusqu'à l'épaisseur du support, en permettant ainsi audit matériau d'être moulé à l'épaisseur suffisamment faible requise pour le diffusion gazeuse tout en conservant une bonne stabilité dimensionnelle. Application aux électrodes d'analyse de gaz notamment pour analyseur hématologique à diffusion gazeuse.
