Claims (11)

  1. 불투과성의 평면장치와, 이 평면장치와 함께 배열된 스크린부재와, 평면장치내에 배치된 절결부 패턴과, 평면장치의 저면에 배치되어 있으며, 분말불질이 수납면상에 침착(沈着, deposition)되는 동안에 상기 평면장치가 이 수납면으로 부터 격리될 수 있도록 하는 간격부재로 구성되는, 용융성의 분말물질의 형태가 소정의 두께로 수납면상에 침착될 수 있도록 하여주는 침착장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평면장치는 상기 스크린부재를 샌드위치 형태로 협지하고 있는 불투과성의 부드러운 상부 프면과 최하부의 얇은 금속박 프면으로 구성되어 있는 침착장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 간격부재는 상기 최하부 프면상의 상기 절결부 주위의 적어도 일부를 한정짓는 가스켓부재로 구성되어 있는 침착장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓이 상기 수납면과 접촉되어 있는 침착장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓이 일정한 두께를 갖는 침착장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓이 일정하지 않은 두께를 갖는 침착장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓은 그 중앙부가 가장 두껍고 그 단부로 갈수록 얇아지도록 테이퍼(Taper)되어 있는 침착장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수납면에 맞닿아 접촉할 수 있도록 상기 최하부 프면상에 배치되어 있는 다수의 격리요소가 포함되어 있으며, 이들 격리요소는 상기 절결부로부터 간격을 두고 그저부, 즉 스크린측에 배열됨으로써, 상기 평면장치를 수납면으로부터 변위시킬 때에 고속의 공기가 통과함에 의해 상기 분말이 파괴되지 않도록 하여주는 침착장치.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가스켓은 상기 절결부의 적어도 일부에 인접한 다수의 개별적인 간격재요소로 구성되어 있는 침착장치.
  10. 본문에 설명되고 도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 용융성의 분말을 수납면상에 3차원 형태로 가하여 줄수 있도록 된 형판장치.
