Abstract
La présente invention concerne un élément électrochimique ainsi qu'un procédé et un dispositif pour assurer la protection d'un tel élément électrochimique Le procédé pour réduire les risques potentiels présentés par les substances contenues dans un élément électrochimique s'échappant de cet élément électrochimique 10, consiste à combiner un matériau en forme de tamis micromoléculaire absorbant 24 avec l'élément électrochimique 10 pour absorber les substances contenues dans l'élément électrochimique s'échappant de celui-ci. Cet élément électrochimique est utilisé dans un accumulateur tel qu'un accumulateur pour la propulsion des voitures.
