Abstract

Ce procédé a pour objet de produire de l'alcool de grain avec récupération des protéines et des fibres. Les grains provenant du silo 1, sont broyés en 2 au mouillé en présence d'une enzyme dissociant l'amidon. Les matières solides sont retenues par le filtre 13, tandis que le filtrat est soumis en 17 à un traitement acide et enzymatique. La fermentation alcoolique des sucres obtenus s'effectue en 27 en présence de levure L'alcool du moût originel qui en sort est débarrassé de sa levure et est distillé en 33. Les matières solides récupérées sont destinées à la nourriture animale
