Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de synthèse d'une zéolite à base d'aluminosilicates cristallins. Elle est caractérisée en ce que ce procédé consiste : a) à former un mélange réactionnel contenant un ou plusieurs précurseurs d'un oxyde de métal alcalin, des cations contenant de l'azote organique, des ions acides, un oxyde de silicium, un oxyde d'aluminium et de l'eau, le rapport molaire ions hydroxydes/silice dans ce mélange réactionnel étant au plus égal à 10**-2 et la quantité d'ions acides étant inférieure à la quantité d'équivalents d'azote organique présents, le pH de ce mélange réactionnel en outre étant au moins égal à 7; et b) on maintient le mélange réactionnel à une température et à une pression convenables durant la durée nécessaire pour la cristallisation de la zéolite à base d'aluminosilicates cristallins. Elle se rapporte à un procédé amélioré de préparation par synthèse de zéolites à base d'aluminosilicates cristallins.
