Abstract

Procédé pour la préparation de zéolites aluminosilicate cristallines ayant un rapport molaire SiO1 /Al2 O3 d'au moins 12 et un indice de contrainte compris entre 1 et 12. Un mélange aqueux contient un composé d'un métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux M, un composé de l'alumium, un composé de silicium, un alcool (ROH) et de l'ammoniac. Les composés sont présents dans les rapports molaires suivants : s 1 O2 : Al2 O3 >= 12 ; (M)2/n O : S1O2 = 0,01-1,0 ; H2 0 : (M)2/n O = 10-500 ; ROH : Al 2 O3 = 5-500 ; ROH : NH3 >2. On a trouvé que les zéolites de cette classe sont très utilisables comme catalyseurs dans de nombreux types de procédés de conversion, en particulier dans la transformation de composés aliphatiques en hydrocarbures aromatiques.
