갈로실리케이트 방향족화촉매 및 그의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 [Ga] ZSM-5촉매의 존재하에 방향족의 %전환율(방향족의 무게%수율로서)에 대한 100-C₂= + 의 % 전환율 관계를 나타낸 그래프.
제2도는 n-핵산을 방향족 화합물로 전환시키는 경우 본 발명에서 제조한 [Ga] ZSM-5의 에이징 속도를 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (20)

  1. 실리카윈, 갈리아윈, 알칼리금속(M)원, N-함유 유기양이온(R)원 및 물을 함유하고 있는 것으로 그의 조성이 등가물의 비율에 관해서 다음과 같은 반응 혼합물을 만든 다음에 갈로실리케이트의 결정이 형성될 때까지 상기의 반응 혼합물을 반응시키는 단계로 이루어진 제올라이트ZSM-5의 구조를 지닌 결정성 갈로실리게이트의 합성방법: SiO₂/Ga₂O₃=100-10,000, H₂O/SiO₂=5-200, OH-/SiO₂=0-1.0, M/SiO₂=0.01-3.0, R/SiO₂=0.01-2.0
  2. 제1항에서 SiO₂/Ga₂O₃의 비가 250이상인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에서 SiO₂/Ga₂O₃의 비가 500이상인 방법.
  4. 실리카윈. 갈리아윈, 알칼리금속(M)원, N-함유 유기양이온(R)원, 황산나트륨 및 물을 함유하고 있는 것으로 그의 조성이 등가물의 비율에 관해서 다음의 같은 반응 혼합물로 만든 다음에 갈로실리케이트의 결정이 형성될 때까지 상기의 반응 혼합물을 반응시키는 단계로 이루어진 제올라이트 ZSM-5의 구조는 지닌 결정성 갈로실리케이트의 합성방법:SiO₂/Ga₂O₃=5-10미만, H₂O/SiO₂=5-200, OH-/SiO₂=0-1.0, M/SiO₂=0.01-3.0, R/SiO₂=0.01-2.0, Na₂SO₄/SiO₂=0.05-10. 위에서 M에는 Na₂SO₄로서 Na는 배제된다.
  5. 제4항에서 Na₂SO₄/SiO₂의 비가 0.07-1.0인 방법.
  6. 제1항-5항중의 어느 하나에서 R이 테크라프로필암모늄인 방법.
  7. 제1항-6항중의 어느 하나에서 실리카원에 Na가 1무게%미만 포함되어 있는 방법.
  8. 제1항-7항중 어느 하나에서 실리카원이 실리카 졸인 방법.
  9. 제1항-8항중 어느 하나에서 혼합물을 80-200℃에서 6시간-150일간 반응시키는 방법.
  10. 제9항에서 혼합물을 100-160℃에서 25-190시간 반응시키는 방법.
  11. 제1항-10항중의 어느 하나에서 갈리아원이 갈륨염인 방법.
  12. 제1항-11항중의 어느 하나에서, 반응 혼합물이 다음과 같은 방법: H₂O/SiO₂=10-100, OH-/SiO₂=0.02-0.2, M/SiO₂=0.02-07, R/SiO₂= 0.05-05.
  13. 제1항-12항중의 어느 하나에서, 반응 혼합물에 어떠한 알루미늄도 불순물의 형태를 제외하고는 함유되지 않는 방법.
  14. 제1항-13항중의 어느 하나에서, 갈로실리케이트 생성물을 건조 및 하소시키는 방법.
  15. 제1항-14항중의 어느 하나에서, 갈로실리케이트 생성물을 염기교환에 의해 수소형태로 전환시키는 방법.
  16. 파라핀, 올리핀 및/또는 C₂-C12나트텐으로 구성된 지방족 공급원료를 400-650℃의 온도, 1-15의bar 압력 및 0.1-10의 WHSV 조건하에서 갈로실리케이트 제올라이트 ZSM-5로 구성된 촉매와 접촉시켜서 최소한 30무게%가 방향족인 생성물로 전환시키는 방법.
  17. 제16항에서 공급원료를 450-550℃의 온도, 1.35-5bar의 압력 및 0.5-2.5LHSV의 조건하에서 촉매와 접촉시키는 방법.
  18. 제16항 또는 17항에서 촉매가 갈로실리케이트와 실리카, 알루미나 및/또는 클레이 바인더와의 복합체인 방법.
  19. 제16항-18항중의 어느 하나에서, 촉매를 수소중에서 주기적으로 재생시키는 방법.
  20. 제16항-19항중 어느 하나에서 갈로실리케이트에 NMR-검출성 비-골격 갈륨이 함유되어 있지않은 방법.
