Claims (10)
- 몰비로 나타내어 하기한 바와 같은 범위의 조성을 가지며, 알카리 금속 양이온의 공급원, 테트라에틸암모늄 양이온, 알루미늄 산화물, 실리콘 산화물, 3급 알칸올아민 및 물을 함유하는 합성 혼합물을 형성시키고, 생성된 혼합물을 결정화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제올라이트를 합성하는 방법.SiO2/Al2O3= 20 - 1000OH_/SiO2= 0.1 - 0.8R/SiO2= 0.3 - 1.0H2O/SiO2= 5 - 40M/SiO2= 0.01 - 0.2X/SiO2= 0.1 - 1.0상기에서, R은 테트라에틸암모늄 양이온이고, X는 3급 알칸올아민이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 몰비로 나타내어 다음과 같은 범위의 조성을 갖는 방법.SiO2/Al2O3= 70 - 1000OH_/SiO2= 0.2 - 0.4R/SiO2= 0.3 - 0.9H2O/SiO2= 5 - 15M/SiO2= 0.2 - 0.8X/SiO2= 0.2 - 0.8
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실리콘 산화물의 공급원이 콜로이드성 실리카 또는 침강 실리카인 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3급 알칸올아민이 트리에탄올아민인 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물의 결정화를 70℃ 내지 175℃의 온도에서 16시간 내지 90일 동안 수행하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 결정성 제올라이트 베타의 씨드(seed)를 함유하는 방법.
- 첨가된 수소의 부재하에서 가솔린 및 올레핀을 제조하기 위한 탄화수소 공급물을 제1항 내지 6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 합성된 제올라이트 베타를 함유하는 분해 촉매와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 촉매 분해 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 분해 촉매가 추가의 제올라이트 성분을 함유하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 추가의 제올라이트 성분이 파우자사이트 또는 ZSM-5인 방법.
- 제7 내지 9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제올라이트 베타를 인의 공급원으로 처리하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
