Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de préparaton de zéolites cristallines de type ZSM-5 ayant au moins une dimension cristalline de 1 micron ou plus. Elle est caractérisée en ce que l'on prépare un gel d'aluminosilicate, puis on ajoute un composé d'alkyl ammonium ou ses précurseurs dans le gel dans des conditions telles qu'il n'existe que de faibles concentrations de ce composé pendant la cristallisation, puis on élève rapidement la température du mélange jusqu'à un niveau suffisant pour initier sa cristallisation. Elle se rapporte à la préparation de catalyseurs de type ZSM-5, extrêmement utiles dans des réactions sélectives de disproportionation de toluène et/ou de conversion de méthanol.
