Claims (9)
1개 이상의 규소 화합물, 1개 이상의 알루미늄 화합물, 1개 이상의 원소 주기표 상 la족 금속의 화합물(MX) 및 유기 질소 화합물로 이루어져 있으며 그와 같은 여러가지 화합물이 다음의 몰 비율로 존재하는 알칼리성 출발 혼합물의 수용액을 결정성규산 알루미늄이 형성될 때까지 승온 상태로 유지시킨 후, 원액체로부터 결정성 규산염을 분리해냄으로써 얻어지는 결정성 규산 알루미늄;
RN : R4NY=1-10
SiO2: R4NY=10-500
SiO2:Al2O3=50-300,
H2O : SiO2=5-100,
여기서 RN은 피리딘을 뜻하며, R4NY는 유기 사차 암모늄 화합물을 뜻함.
제1항에 있어서, RN이 피리딘, 알킬 비리딘 및(치환된 알킬)피리딘으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 화합물을 뜻하는 결정성 규산 알루미늄.
제1항에 있어서, R4NY의 R기가 4개의 알킬기 및/또는 치환 알킬기로 구성되고, Y가 음이온을 나타낸는 결정성 규산 알루미늄.
제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, RN와 RNY가 출발 혼합물 내에5-80몰 비율로 존재하고, 가장 바람직하게는 10-75몰 비율로 존재하는 결정성 규산 알루미늄.
X-선 회절 도형이 표-A에 나타난 바와 실질적으로 같은 결정성 규산 알루미눔.
1개 이상의 규소 화합물, 1개 이상의 알루미눔 화합물, 1개 이상의 원소 주기표상 1a족 금속의 화합물(MX), 및 유기 질소 화합물로 이루어져 있으며, 그와 같은 여러가지의 화합물이 다음의 몰 비율로 존재하는 알칼리성 출발 혼합물의 수용액을 결정성 규산 알루미눔이 형성될 때까지 승온 상태로 유지시킨후, 원액체로부터 결정성 규산염을 분리해내는 과정으로 구성되는, 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 결정성 규산 알루미늄의 제조방법:
RN : R4NY=1-100
SiO2: R4NY=10-500
SiO2:Al2O3=50-300,
SiO2: MX<15, 그리고
H2O : SiO2=5-100,
여기서 RN은 피리딘을 뜻하며, R4NY는 유기 사차 암모늄 화합물을 뜻함.
사용 촉매가 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 결정성 규산 알루미늄으로 구성되는, 탄화수소 오일의 촉매 탈랍 방법.
최소한 부분적으로나마 탈수된, 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 결정성 규산 알루미늄을 사용하여, 실질적으로 미분지쇄 구조를 가진 화합물들을, 이들 화합물과 분지쇄 및/또는 고리 구조를 가진 화합물들의 혼합물로부터 분리하는 방법.
제1항내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 결정성 규산 알루미늄으로 구성되는 촉매를 사용하여, 올레핀 탄화수소 함유 공급물에서 액체 탄화수소를 제조하는 방법.
