Abstract

a. Réduire le coût de l'opération de vieillissement accéléré en cours de fabrication de condensateurs au tantale à électrolyte solide. b. Le vieillissement est effectué en plongeant les condensateurs dans un lit de matériau semi-conducteur pulvérulent réuni à la borne négative d'une source de tension stabilisée dont la borne positive est réunie aux anodes des condensateurs. c. Fabrication de condensateurs au tantale à électrolyte solide.
