Abstract

Le moyen selon l'invention est notamment prévu pour le chauffage rapide des cathodes dans les tubes cathodiques. Il comprend un substrat plat 12 constitué par un cristal hexagonal d' alpha -alumine, une première métallisation 18 disposée sensiblement au centre d'une des faces du substrat pour servir de support au matériau émetteur d'électrons, et une seconde métallisation 26 disposée sur l'autre face du substrat en regard de la première métallisation, et en forme de serpentin, pour assurer le chauffage requis. Application : récepteurs de télévision.
