Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet une cellule polarographique à l'état solide. La cellule est formée d'une première électrode en forme de peigne, reposant sur un substrat semi-conducteur de silicium dopé de type n, par l'intermédiaire d'une couche de silice. La deuxième électrode comprend un ensemble de zones de métal déposé sur une diffusion de type p formé dans le substrat, et constituant la base d'un transistor npn dont le substrat joue le rôle de collecteur. Un émetteur étant diffusé dans la base. L'ensemble est enfermé dans un électrolyte solide se présentant sous forme de gel. L'invention est applicable à la mesure de la pression d'oxygène dans le sang.
