Abstract

Fil à auto-frisure à plusieurs filaments et procédé de fabrication de ce fil. Un polymère de polyester est extrudé dans une série de parties capillaires convergents deux à deux d'une filière commune à des vitesses différentes. La géométrie des orifices combinés de la filière et les conditions de filage, notamment les vitesses des courants et leurs angles de convergence, sont choisis de façon que les filaments résultants comportent des régions successivement épaisses et minces et des zones frisées hélicoïdalement qui sont décalées d'un filament à l'autre.
