Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'électrodes pour piles à combustibles fonctionnant à température élevée. Selon l'invention, on dépose par pulvérisation cathodique, sur un substrat 4 en électrolyte solide des mélanges actifs, d'oxydes et de métaux, le controle des vitesses relatives de dépôt des divers constituants de ces masses actives étant obtenu en réglant individuellement des champs magnétiques indépendants agissant sur chacun de ces constituants soumis à la pulvérisation par des électro-aimants 5. L'invention permet d'obtenir un degré très élevé d'homogénéité dans les couches et de reproductibilité des compositions des mélanges.
