Abstract

Réactifs en particules pour les déterminations immunologiques. Pour former une matière attirable par l'aimant, on polymérise un monomère en présence de solides attirables par l'aimant de sorte que la matière formée contienne des groupes réactifs libres capables de se coupler directement avec une substance réactive telle qu'une protéine afin de fixer cette substance à la matière; en particulier cette matière sert à préparer des réactifs en particules attirables par l'aimant pour déterminations immunologiques. Applications : détermination d'antigènes, d'anticorps et de médicaments dans les liquides d'origine biologique etc.
