Abstract

a. Convertisseur pour l'alimentation de lampes à décharge, et plus généralement de lampes à arc à partir d'une source de tension ordinaire. b. Il comprend un système de distribution à courant imposé par un circuit à découpage dont l'entrée est reliée à la sortie d'un circuit redresseur de courant, la sortie dudit circuit de découpage étant reliée au tube à décharge par l'intermédiaire d'un circuit de commutation permettant d'alimenter la lampe en polarité alternée. c. Convertisseur pour l'alimentation de lampes à décharge et plus généralement de lampes à arc, permettant le réallumage à chaud, éliminant l'effet stroboscopique, insensible aux variations de tension et de fréquence du réseau, offrant un volume et un poids moindres que le ballast inductif conventionnel et se prêtant à un dosage de l'intensité lumineuse.
