Abstract

Procédé de fractionnement par solvants, de graisses animales ou végétales en général, et de butyrine et d'huile de palme en particulier, et les produits obtenus selon ce procédé, caractérisés en ce que la graisse est séparée en trois fractions bien définies, la première fraction étant une fraction de corps gras solide à point de fusion élevé, la deuxième fraction étant une fraction de corps gras semi-solide ressemblant au beurre de cacao dans ses propriétés de fusion, et la troisième fraction étant une huile à la température ambiante, lesdites fractions étant destinées pour des usages alimentaires ou non alimentaires. L'invention trouve de nombreuses applications, les produits de fractionnement ayant des usages alimentaires, cosmétiques et/ou pharmaceutiques.
