Abstract

L'invention concerne les dispositifs de visualisation dans lesquels une première configuration 18, 19, 20 d'un premier film métallique assure en même temps que la fonction d'arrivée de courant aux diodes élémentaires la fonction d'isolation optique des diodes 13a, ... 13e entre elles. Le perfectionnement apporté se caractérise principalement par l'adjonction d'une seconde configuration 24 d'un second film opaque, métallique notamment, configuration qui comporte les fenêtres 25 nécessaires à l'émission des signaux lumineux des diodes et recouvre par ailleurs en les masquant toutes les zones 27 du dispositif par lesquelles une lumière parasite indésirable pourrait être émise. Est utilisé de préférence en combinaison avec un troisième film 29, appliqué sur la face 28 opposée aux diodes, ayant des propriétés anti-réfléchissantes. Application à la visualisation optique à grande définition.
