Abstract

Procédé et appareillage perfectionnés pour le dosage du glucose dans un liquide par contact avec le la glucose-oxydase et détermination de la quantité de peroxyde d'hydrogène produite. Avant le contact avec la glucose-oxydase, on traite l'échantillon de liquide à l'aide de résines échangeuses d'ions et après contact avec la glucose-oxydase, on détermine la quantité de peroxyde d'hydrogène produite au moyen d'électrodes sur lesquelles on applique une tension alternative à période de forme rectangulaire. Le procédé et l'appareillage selon l'invention peuvent être utilisés avantageusement pour le dosage du glucose dans le sang et les urines.
