Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé et un appareillage pour la détermination en continu de la concentration d'un substrat d'enzyme dans un liquide aqueux. Selon ce procédé on introduit un échantillon contenant ce substrat dans un courant de solution tampon, on convertit le substrat sur une enzyme immobilisée et on mesure physiquement une modification résultante de la solution dans une chambre de mesure. On envoie alternativement le courant de solution tampon contenant l'échantillon à analyser directement dans la chambre de mesure, avec production d'un signal de référence puis d'abord sur l'enzyme immobilisée et ensuite dans la chambre de mesure, avec production d'un signal de mesure. Le procédé et l'appareillage selon l'invention permettent de corriger les résultats d'analyse de certaines influences gênantes.
