Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation pure et de concentration d'urokinase en partant d'une solution brute d'urokinase. La solution d'urokinase est mise au contact d'une matrice en substance solide poreuse à surface spécifique élevée, dans un milieu à pH >= 6. Sur la surface de la matrice on a immobilisé de l'aprotinine au moyen de composés chimiques covalents. Ensuite, on traite l'urokinase adsorbée par élution à pH =< 4,5, à l'aide d'un agent d'élution. Les solutions pures et très concentrées d'urokinase sont utilisées en médecine comme produit pour dissoudre les caillots de fibrine.
