Abstract
Circuit OU logique pour réseaux logiques programmés. La résistance de charge est divisée entre une résistance de drain 315 et une résistance de source 312, chaque résistance ayant une valeur plus faible que celle employée avec une seule résistance de charge tout en maintenant faible la dissipation de puissance. La chute de tension à travers la résistance de source est rendue faible lorsque le dispositif de sortie conduit en ayant une résistance de charge de drain du dispositif de sortie plus élevée que la résistance de drain des dispositifs d'entrée. Un dispositif de détection de réaction 317 a sa porte connectée à la diffusion de source 321 et son drain connecté à la porte du dispositif de charge 315 et au dispositif de charge 319. Peut être utilisé avec tous les réseaux logiques programmés à transistors à effet de champ.
