Abstract

L'invention est relative à un procédé de dosage de métabolites, par exemple d'ATP, de manière sélective dans des cellules somatiques ou microbiennes, caractérisé en ce que l'on fait d'abord migrer les métabolites hors de la cellule à travers la paroi de celle-ci à l'aide d'agents surfactifs et qu'ensuite on mesure la concentration des métabolites à l'aide d'un procédé de mesure par luminescence, avantageusement par bioluminescence.
