Abstract
Dispositif de captation d'image semi-conducteur qui comprend des éléments de conversion photoélectrique répartis en ensemble bidimensionnel, des interrupteurs horizontaux et verticaux destinés à sélectionner lesdits éléments de conversion photoélectrique, et des circuits d'analyse horizontaux et verticaux de fermeture et d'ouverture des interrupteurs, intégrés sur un substrat identique semi-conducteur. Pour obtenir une captation d'image dont la perte de capacité est faible et le pouvoir de séparation élevé, le nombre minimum voulu (quatre) d'interrupteurs destinés à fermer et ouvrir chaque champ dans une combinaison prédéterminée est relié à une borne terminale de sortie de chaque circuit unitaire qui constitue le circuit d'analyse verticale. En utilisant une impulsion d'analyse de sortie du circuit d'analyse verticale et une impulsion de champ, une analyse entrelacée, dans laquelle deux lignes de rangée sont choisies en même temps dans une des combinaisons différentes pour les champs respectifs, est effectuée pour émettre une image optique par l'intermédiaire des interrupteurs verticaux.
