Abstract

Accouplement destiné à transmettre un couple de rotation. La transmission destinée à communiquer à l'une des deux pièces alignées de cet accouplement le mouvement rotatif de l'autre est un manchon qui supporte des billes intercalées entre des cannelures axiales de la pièce menante et de la pièce menée, aussi bien en marche avant qu'en marche arrière. Un mécanisme élastique permet de désaccoupler dans les deux sens de rotation si le couple exercé dépasse une certaine valeur. Application notamment aux broches de taraudeuses.
