Abstract

Cet accouplement comprend une partie menante sous forme d'un moyeu 5, une partie menée formée par un manchon 3 et des billes d'entraînement 4 entre elles. Une bague rotative 15 rappelée à une position neutre par des ressorts 7 et en appui sur un ressort axial Il maintient les billes normalement dans des cuvettes du manchon 3. Au dépassement du couple limite, les billes 4 roulent hors des cuvettes du manchon et font tourner la bague 15 de manière que des échancrures ménagées dans la bague s'alignent avec les ouvertures 14 du moyeu. Les billes 4 peuvent ainsi entrer dans ces échancrures et désaccoupler le manchon 3 du moyeu 5.
