自动倒顺攻丝头的调压装置
技术领域
本发明涉及攻丝头,特别是涉及自动倒顺攻丝头的调压装置,属于机床附件领域。
背景技术
现有机动攻丝主要有两种,一种是采用专用攻丝机床进行攻丝,这种机床只能攻丝,不能钻孔,所以功能单一;另一种是采用改装钻床,通过在钻床的主轴下安装攻丝头进行攻丝,只要把攻丝头卸下,更换上钻削头又能实现钻孔,一机两用,所以目前已普遍使用这种组合机床。在攻丝过程中,必须使攻丝头具备正反转运动才能完成进退动作,还能防止烂牙,已有实现正反转运动的机构有两种,一种是通过正反转电路来控制,即通过电开关使电动机正反转来换向,但是由于工作电流大,所以很容易损坏电器元件;另一种是利用机械换向,即通过换向机构来连接正转运动件和反转运动件,已有的机械换向机构是采用攻丝主轴的轴向移动,利用正、反转运动件的侧面传动,并且在正反转机构前设置减速机构(如行星轮系),使传递扭矩大,从而可攻削大直径螺纹,但是钻床主轴带动攻丝主轴下降的压力大小无法调节,当攻削不同直径的螺纹时,若压力过小,导致丝攻打滑,而若压力过大,则导致丝攻容易打断,造成经济效益差,攻丝效率低。
发明目的
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种在由钻床改良而来的,可实现攻丝、钻孔,一机两用的组合机床的基础上,能够方便调节攻丝主轴的压力大小,使之满足攻丝螺纹所需的压力,避免丝攻打滑、打断,确保攻丝顺利进行,使得经济效益显著增加,攻丝效率高的自动倒顺攻丝头的调压装置。
本发明自动倒顺攻丝头的调压装置的技术方案是:包括与钻床主轴相连接的壳体,壳体内制有圆柱腔,位于圆柱腔中部的壳体内壁制有内齿圈,圆柱腔的上壁经弹簧甲与攻丝轴上端面相接触,攻丝轴的上部套装滑动套,滑动套的下部外壁制有拨销,拨销的下端面经弹簧乙与行星架的内端面相接触,行星架与壳体之间安装轴承甲,行星架的内端面上又经弹簧丙与太阳轮的下端面相接触,太阳轮的上端面制有拨销体,拨销体与拨销相配合,太阳轮与行星轮相啮合,行星轮与壳体的内齿圈相啮合,行星轮的中心由销轴固定于行星架上,其特征在于所述滑动套的上部外壁制有拨槽,拨槽与自动打滑离合器相连接,自动打滑离合器的外壁与壳体相接触,自动打滑离合器的顶面与压紧板相接触,压紧板经弹簧丁与压力调节轮相接触,压力调节轮与壳体上部通过螺纹连接。
本发明自动倒顺攻丝头的调压装置,由自动打滑离合器控制攻丝主轴在攻丝时(即顺转时)的向下压力,自动打滑离合器的压力由压力调节轮调节,当攻丝大直径的螺纹时,需正向旋转压力调节轮,通过增大弹簧丁的压缩量来增大压力,反之,当攻丝小直径的螺纹时,需反向旋转压力调节轮,通过减小弹簧丁的压缩量来减小压力,从而避免当攻丝不同直径的螺纹时因压力不当造成的丝攻打滑或者打断,不仅大大提高攻丝效率,经济效益也显著提高,并且只要转动压力调节轮就能调节到合适的压力,操作相当方便;结构又简单、紧凑。其工作过程如下:当丝攻接触到工件时,受到向上的推力,滑动套上部的拨槽与自动打滑离合器相连接,由于自动打滑离合器与壳体(壳体与钻床主轴连接后,就具备了升降和旋转功能)相接触,使滑动套带动攻丝主轴与壳体同步顺转(正转),当攻丝到预定深度时,钻床主轴带动整个机构上移,攻丝主轴受到工件内的丝攻的拉动,从而脱离弹簧甲的压力,当滑动套下部的拨销与太阳轮的拨销体相配合时,太阳轮经壳体的内齿圈和行星轮传递后倒转(即为反转),因此攻丝主轴带动丝攻倒转,使得丝攻退出工件,攻丝结束。
本发明自动倒顺攻丝头的调压装置,其所述的自动打滑离合器包括钢球固定座,钢球固定座的外壁与壳体的内壁相接触,钢球固定座中制有通孔,通孔内安装钢球,钢球上部与压紧板相接触,钢球固定座的下部安装打滑体,打滑体与壳体之间安装轴承乙,打滑体的上端面制有打滑槽,打滑槽与钢球相配合,打滑体的下部制有拨块,拨块与滑动套的拨槽相配合,保证钢球始终在打滑槽中打滑,当正向旋转压力调节轮时,弹簧丁经压紧板下压钢球,使钢球与打滑槽的接触面积增大,打滑越厉害,传递的压力也越大。其所述的弹簧丁是由两个以上的弹簧套装的组合弹簧,组合弹簧强度好,不易失效,有利于保证压力。其所述的攻丝轴的上端面经垫片安装螺钉,螺钉的头部外有耐磨片,耐磨片与弹簧甲相接触,可防止攻丝主轴磨损。其所述的滑动套中制有活动孔,与活动孔相配合的攻丝轴的截面为方形或者多边形,使攻丝主轴与滑动套同步旋转。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种自动倒顺攻丝头的调压装置,如图1-图3所示,包括与钻床主轴相连接的壳体1,壳体1内制有圆柱腔11,位于圆柱腔11中部的壳体内壁制有内齿圈12,圆柱腔11的上壁经弹簧甲21与攻丝轴3上端面相接触,攻丝轴3的上部套装滑动套4,滑动套4的下部外壁制有拨销41,拨销41的下端面经弹簧乙22与行星架6的内端面相接触,行星架6与壳体1之间安装轴承甲27,行星架6的内端面上又经弹簧丙23与太阳轮5的下端面相接触,太阳轮5的上端面制有拨销体51,拨销体51与拨销41相配合,太阳轮5与行星轮8相啮合,行星轮8与壳体1的内齿圈12相啮合,行星轮8的中心由销轴9固定于行星架6上,其特征在于所述滑动套4的上部外壁制有拨槽42,拨槽42与自动打滑离合器相连接,自动打滑离合器的外壁与壳体1相接触,自动打滑离合器的顶面与压紧板10相接触,压紧板10经弹簧丁24与压力调节轮33相接触,压力调节轮33与壳体1上部通过螺纹连接。本方案由自动打滑离合器控制攻丝主轴3在攻丝时(即顺转时)的向下压力,自动打滑离合器的压力由压力调节轮33调节,当攻丝大直径的螺纹时,需正向旋转压力调节轮33,通过增大弹簧丁24的压缩量来增大压力,反之,当攻丝小直径的螺纹时,需反向旋转压力调节轮33,通过减小弹簧丁24的压缩量来减小压力,从而避免当攻丝不同直径的螺纹时因压力不当造成的丝攻打滑或者打断,不仅大大提高攻丝效率,经济效益也显著提高,并且只要转动压力调节轮就能调节到合适的压力,操作相当方便;结构又简单、紧凑。其工作过程如下:当丝攻接触到工件时,受到向上的推力,滑动套4上部的拨槽42与自动打滑离合器相连接,由于自动打滑离合器与壳体1(壳体与钻床主轴连接后,就具备了升降和旋转功能)相接触,使滑动套4带动攻丝主轴3与壳体1同步顺转(正转),当攻丝到预定深度时,钻床主轴带动整个机构上移,攻丝主轴3受到工件内的丝攻的拉动,从而脱离弹簧甲21的压力,当滑动套4下部的拨销41与太阳轮5的拨销体51相配合时,太阳轮5经壳体1的内齿圈12和行星轮8传递后倒转(即为反转),因此攻丝主轴3带动丝攻倒转,使得丝攻退出工件,攻丝结束。自动打滑离合器的具体结构包括钢球固定座71,钢球固定座71的外壁与壳体1的内壁相接触,钢球固定座71中制有通孔72,通孔72内安装钢球73,钢球73上部与压紧板10相接触,钢球固定座71的下部安装打滑体74,打滑体74与壳体1之间安装轴承乙28,打滑体74的上端面制有打滑槽75,打滑槽75与钢球73相配合,打滑体74的下部制有拨块76,拨块76与滑动套4的拨槽42相配合,保证钢球73始终在打滑槽75中打滑,当正向旋转压力调节轮33时,弹簧丁24经压紧板10下压钢球73,使钢球73与打滑槽75的接触面积增大,打滑越厉害,传递的压力也越大。其所述的弹簧丁24是由两个以上的弹簧套装的组合弹簧,组合弹簧强度好,不易失效,有利于保证压力。其所述的攻丝轴3的上端面经垫片34安装螺钉35,螺钉35的头部外有耐磨片36,耐磨片36与弹簧甲21相接触,可防止攻丝主轴磨损。其所述的滑动套4中制有活动孔45,与活动孔45相配合的攻丝轴3的截面为方形或者多边形,使攻丝主轴3与滑动套4同步旋转。

1.自动倒顺攻丝头的调压装置,包括与钻床主轴相连接的壳体(1),壳体(1)内制有圆柱腔(11),位于圆柱腔(11)中部的壳体内壁制有内齿圈(12),圆柱腔(11)的上壁经弹簧甲(21)与攻丝轴(3)上端面相接触,攻丝轴(3)的上部套装滑动套(4),滑动套(4)的下部外壁制有拨销(41),拨销(41)的下端面经弹簧乙(22)与行星架(6)的内端面相接触,行星架(6)与壳体(1)之间安装轴承甲(27),行星架(6)的内端面上又经弹簧丙(23)与太阳轮(5)的下端面相接触,太阳轮(5)的上端面制有拨销体(51),拨销体(51)与拨销(41)相配合,太阳轮(5)与行星轮(8)相啮合,行星轮(8)与壳体(1)的内齿圈(12)相啮合,行星轮(8)的中心由销轴(9)固定于行星架(6)上,其特征在于所述滑动套(4)的上部外壁制有拨槽(42),拨槽(42)与自动打滑离合器相连接,所述的自动打滑离合器包括钢球固定座(71),钢球固定座(71)的外壁与壳体(1)的内壁相接触,钢球固定座(71)中制有通孔(72),通孔(72)内安装钢球(73),钢球(73)上部与压紧板(10)相接触,钢球固定座(71)的下部安装打滑体(74),打滑体(74)与壳体(1)之间安装轴承乙(28),打滑体(74)的上端面制有打滑槽(75),打滑槽(75)与钢球(73)相配合,打滑体(74)的下部制有拨块(76),拨块(76)与滑动套(4)的拨槽(42)相配合,自动打滑离合器的外壁与壳体(1)相接触,自动打滑离合器的顶面与压紧板(10)相接触,压紧板(10)经弹簧丁(24)与压力调节轮(33)相接触,压力调节轮(33)与壳体(1)上部通过螺纹连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动倒顺攻丝头的调压装置,其特征在于所述的弹簧丁(24)是由两个以上的弹簧套装的组合弹簧。
3.如权利要求1所述的自动倒顺攻丝头的调压装置,其特征在于所述的攻丝轴(3)的上端面经垫片(34)安装螺钉(35),螺钉(35)的头部外有耐磨片(36),耐磨片(36)与弹簧甲(21)相接触。
4.如权利要求1所述的自动倒顺攻丝头的调压装置,其特征在于所述的滑动套(4)中制有活动孔(45),与活动孔(45)相配合的攻丝轴(3)的截面为多边形。
