Abstract

L'invention concerne une chapelle de soupape refroidie. Cette chapelle de soupape comprend au moins deux paires de bras (tels que 3, 5, 6) supportant un siège 7 contenant une chambre 8; et une cavité 9 séparée par une cloison 10 en deux compartiments 9a, 9b d'arrivée et de retour d'un fluide réfrigérant Chaque bras est percé d'un conduit (tel que 11) aboutissant respectivement à la cavité 9 et à la chambre 8. Les conduits de deux bras successifs situés d'un même coté du plan de la cloison 10 débouchent dans le fond d'un même compartiment et l'un d'entre eux débouche librement dans ce compartiment tandis que l'autre conduit (tel que 11) communique directement avec l'autre compartiment. Les conduits respectifs de deux bras diamétralement opposés (tels que 3 et 5) communiquent avec un même compartiment. Cette chapelle de soupape permet un refroidissement uniforme du siège 7 de soupape.
