Procédé caractérisé par les mesures suivantes : a. Dans l'aimant permanent le rapport entre les masses atomiques du métal et du fer est supérieur à 1/12 et inférieur ou égal à 1/22; b. Le mélange des matières premières est soumis pendant une période variant entre 0,1 et 10 heures. et sous l'effet d'une température entre 900 et 1500 degrés C, à un frittage réactif sous atmosphère à teneur d'oxygène; c. La mouture du produit réactif et la constitution de la pièce moulée par compression de la mouture sont effectuées sous l'influence simultanée d'un champ magnétique; et d. Le frittage final de la pièce moulée est réalisé de manière que le chauffage, le frittage et, le cas échéant, le refroidissement, sont effectués conformément à la méthode précisée sous
