Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de composants de précision par la métallurgie des poudres, à partir d'acier fritté à résistance mécanique et ductilité élevées, par compression dans une matrice d'une poudre contenant 0,65-1,10 % en poids de phosphore, 0-0,6 % de graphite ou de poudre de carbone et 0,1-5 % de lubrifiant solide, le reste étant le fer et les impuretés, et frittage ultérieur à une température de 950-1 250 degrés C pendant 5-90 minutes dans une atmosphère réductrice telle que les composants aient une teneur en carbone de 0,05-0,6 %. Le procédé permet la production en masse de composants avec une bonne précision dimensionnelle et en évitant le rétrécissement au cours du frittage.
