Abstract

La présente invention comporte des brillanteurs d'organiphosphonate de cobalt et de nickel et leur utilisation dans des bains d'électrodéposition de l'or. Le bain d'électrodéposition d'or ou d'alliage d'or comprend une solution aqueuse d'un cyanure soluble d'or, d'un support d'électrolyte et un agent brillanteur, un tampon à pH 4,5 à 6,0, l'agent brillanteur étant au moins un sel entièrement neutralisé de sodium, de potassium, ou d'ammonium d'un chélate de métal codéposable d'un agent de chélation organophosphoré, le métal codéposable étant le cobalt ou le nickel, et l'agent de chélation organophosphoré ayant la formule :
