Abstract

L'invention concerne une résistance électrique comprenant un mélange d'hexaborures métalliques et d'un verre du type boro-aluminate d'un élément alcalino-terreux, tel le calcium. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'une telle résistance à CTR nul, par broyage des grains de verre, pour une composition donnée. L'invention trouve son application en microélectronique, dans la réalisation de couches sérigraphiées, à cuisson en atmosphère neutre. Application : encre sérigraphiable rèsistive.
