Abstract
1528166 Resistor compositions SHOEI CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES CO Ltd [trading as SHOEI CHEMICAL Inc] 17 Sept 1975 38155/75 Heading C1M Resistor compositions are prepared using a conductive material and a glass frit in a constant pre-selected weight ratio (the conductive material being ruthenium oxide or ruthenium oxide and silver), the total surface area of the conductive material and frit being selected in each composition so that resistors of different resistance but substantially identical temperature coefficients of resistance can be produced (by applying each composition to a substrate and firing). An insulating or semi-conducting oxide material (e.g. Al 2 0 3 ) or SiO 2 ) may also be present. The substrate may be of alumina.
