Abstract

Revêtement résistant à l'usure, destiné à un substrat métallique. Il est obtenu par préchauffage du substrat à une température de 350 à 1 000 degrés C, et par dépôt, au jet de plasma ou au canon à détonation, d'une composition comprenant essentiellement du carbone et des métaux dont certains forment des carbures. Domaine d'application: Traitement des soupapes de moteurs, des aubes de turbines, etc.
