Abstract

L'alliage selon l'invention contient en plus du fer 7 à 20 % de Cr, 3 à 7 % de Ni, 1,5 à 2,5 % de Mo et soit 5 à 7 % de Cu, soit 2,5 à 5,0 % de Cu et 0,2 à 2 % de W et des quantités limitées d'autres éléments, cet alliage étant soumis à un traitement thermique de passage en solution de 900 à 1 150 oC avec ensuite chauffage à 60 oC à 700 oC avec refroidissement consécutif et ensuite traitement de durcissement par précipitation à une température comprise entre 450 oC et 60 oC pour obtenir un acier à limite élastique élevée et résistance élevée à la corrosion par les acides forts. La figure montre des aciers inoxydables classiques et des aciers selon l'invention avec la perte de poids % par corrosion.
