Abstract

The packaging is used for carrying liqs. and can be collapsed flat when empty. It comprises a flexible bag (1) made from a double thickness of plastics sheet and provided with a pourer/filler orifice (2). The bag is held in a U-shaped cardboard liner, the orifice neck being gripped in an aperture (5) in the top (13) of the linear. The whole is fitted into a cardboard carton for transportation. When empty, the bag and liner are removed from the carton and the sides (4, 12) of the liner folded inwards to enclose the bag.
