Abstract

L'invention concerne des substrats métalliques recouverts de couches composites. Un procédé de fabrication d'un substrat métallique revêtu, résistant chimiquement et résistant à la corrosion, comprend les étapes suivantes : 1 degrés On dépose sur la surface dudit substrat une sous-couche contenant d'environ 5 à environ 500 mg par dm** 2 de substrat revêtu d'un métal pulvérulent en mélange intime avec une composition de revêtement contenant une résine et du chrome hexavalent libre et un agent réducteur en milieu liquide, ladite composition étant présente en une quantité suffisante pour que ledit revêtement comprenne d'environ 0,5 à environ 50 mg de chrome par dm**2 de substrat revêtu; 2 degrés On sèche le substrat ainsi revêtu; 3 degrés On dépose sur la sous-couche sèche une composition de revêtement superficiel comprenant une résine, un pigment conducteur et moins d'environ 5 %, par rapport au poids total de la composition de revêtement superficiel, d'un adduct d'isocyanate capable de se débloquer à une température supérieure à environ 177 degrés C; et 4 degrés On chauffe l'objet revêtu résultant à une température supérieure à 177 degrés C. Application à la protection contre la corrosion et les attaques chimiques de pièces métalliques.
