Abstract

L'invention se rapporte aux matières polymères. Elle concerne un procédé pour améliorer la maniabilité d'un caoutchouc greffé acrylique élastique composé de particules ayant une couche extérieure constituée d'un polymère de méthacrylate d'alcoyle ayant une température de transition vitreuse supérieure à 25 degrés C, selon lequel on mélange le caoutchouc greffé acrylique tandis qu'il est encore dans son milieu de polymérisation en émulsion avec une solution d'un sel ionisable, et on agite le mélange résultant à une température comprise entre 30 et 70 degrés C jusqu'à ce que les particules de caoutchouc greffé coagulent, puis on ajoute une dispersion d'une résine de méthacrylate de méthyle qui a une température de transition vitreuse supérieure à 25 degrés C, et on agite le mélange résultant à une température comprise entre 60 et 120 degrés C, après quoi on isole les matières coagulées. Utilisation par l'industrie des matières polymères.
