Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de serpentin pour échangeur de chaleur. L'objet de l'invention est un procédé de fabrication d'un serpentin pour échangeur de chaleur dans lequel plusieurs tubes 2, guidés de manière à demeurer parallèles et légèrement espacés les uns des autres, sont bobinés sur un noyau support 12B, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à bobiner les tubes de manière qu'ils forment un angle par rapport au plan radial du noyau support et en ce que le sens de bobinage est inversé par rapport audit plan radial suivant un nombre impair de positions angulaires radiales sur le serpentin, de manière telle que les différents tubes d'une nouvelle couche puissent être placés dans les intervalles entre tubes adjacents de la couche précédente suivant lesdites positions angulaires. Application aux serpentins pour échangeur de chaleur.
