Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une poudre de lactulose ayant une faible hygroscopicité. On mélange de l'alcool éthylique à une poudre contenant du lactulose fortement hygroscopique selon un rapport tel que la teneur en eau du mélange est inférieure à 2 % en poids, on laisse le mélange réactionnel reposer ou on l'agite pendant au moins une heure, on sépare le matériau contenant du lactulose insoluble dans l'alcool éthylique et on chasse l'alcool éthylique du matériau séparé. On obtient ainsi une poudre contenant du lactulose non hygroscopique.
