Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une masse moulée contenant des granulés de thermoplastiques expansés mélangés avec un liant minéral, caractérisé par le fait que l'on mélange en une seule opération des granules thermoplastiques expansés, avec de l'eau, des résines hydrosolubles, un liant minéral et que l'on coule ce mélange dans une forme où il se solidifie. Le produit obtenu a de nombreuses applications : plaques, parpaings, plots, hourdis, caissons divers, tuyaux et plaques de drainage, éléments de pont, sous-couche de route, poteaux, panneaux d'isolation, parois de séparation, conduits de cheminée, etc. Coulée sur place dans un coffrage et en dalles et chapes, cette masse trouve de nombreuses applications dans la construction du bâtiment et du génie civil.
