Abstract

Cafetière comportant une tête d'arrosage qui est raccordée au réservoir d'eau froide par la conduite tubulaire d'un chauffe-eau instantané et qui déverse de l'eau chaude dans un tamis soumis à la pression atmosphérique, contenant du café moulu et à partir duquel l'extrait de café filtré s'écoule dans un récipient. Au-dessus de la tête d'arrosage est disposé un réservoir de trop plein 3 ouvert vers le haut dans lequel débouche le tube de sortie 4 relié au chauffe-eau instantane, l'ouverture de sortie 6 de ce tube 4 étant placée en dessous de l'arête supérieure 7 du réservoir de trop plein 3 de façon que l'eau chaude sortant de ce tube le remplisse tout d'abord complètement puis s'écoule dans la cuvette 10 située en dessous de la tête d'arrosage
