Abstract

Procédé évitant un départ prématuré du bore de la tôle lors du recuit final. Il comprend la fabrication d'une tôle de fer-silicium de recristallisation primaire, à grains fins, contenant de 2,2 à 4,5 pour cent de silicium, d'environ 4 à environ 50 parties par million de bore, et d'environ 15 à environ 95 parties par million d'azote, représentant une proportion par rapport au bore comprise entre 1 et 15 parties pour 1 partie, l'électrolyse d'une solution aqueuse composée essentiellement d'acétate de magnésium et de métaborate de magnésium et contenant de la magnésie, la tôle de fer-silicium constituant la cathode dans la solution et la solution se trouvant à une température d'au moins 65 degrés C, et de ce fait, le revêtement de la tôle avec un revêtement de Mg (OH)2 contenant du bore, adhérent électriquement isolant, et le traitement thermique final de la tôle revêtue pour développer une texture de recristallisation secondaire (110) Ø001õ dans la tôle de fer-silicium.
